SOLUTION: Option 1, Caretrack Database
The database provides a single, integrated system where all patient and financial activity can be properly recorded. It can be used for all care groups, is simple to use and can be adapted to provide different levels of access to information for different staff groups. It harmonises all financial and administrative information, allowing financial reports to be generated at a click of a button, including future spend projections.

Carehome Selection staff will check the information held on every client by contacting their care providers and entering the new information on the database to ensure your placement information is accurate.

Option 5: Financial Management
Carehome Selection will handle the payment of all supplier invoices to ensure much reduced management costs. Carehome Selection will issue the PCT with a single invoice each month to cover all continuing and domiciliary care placements.
